Reviews
- Listening to the Grave Miasma album is quite a ritual action. The music is gloomy, meditative, requiring a certain concentration. It contains a deeply personalized message that you need to listen carefully. This music reveals obscurant visions, the energy of this record literally makes you feel the flames on skin and the taste of soot in your throat. Esoteric existential ecstasy. Grave Miasma carries something destructive, ugly, deeply dismissive, viscous, dirty and vile. And the result is expressive.
The vinyl edition is made cool, really powerful. A triple-gatefold looks like an altar, conceptual design at a height. The sound on vinyl also confirms that the material was qualitatively prepared in the studio and at the production stage. Yes, it's uncompromising infernal Death Metal, but it's damn well recorded and sounds great on analog media.
