Reviews
- This compilation of the Japanese Major Force label is pure genius !!! All tunes stretching from 1988 to 1991, are a potent up-tempo mix of hip hop, house, soul, groove and even musique concrète that only the Japanese could come up with!
The original Japanese 12" (or CD?) releases I guess must be very very hard to find and sell for silly money now.
DJ (Masayuki) Kudo seems to be the mastermind behind most of the trax, one of the regrets in my life so far is not to have seen this guy DJing.
A work ahead of its time, one of my all-time favourites!
