With the death of this French music icon it is a delight to rediscover his music through this album which contains most of the songs which made him one of the main influence on a generation of singer in the 60s and 70s. It has some slight Mediterranean sound to it which was one of his trademark since he was from a Greek family but sang his songs in French... Great soft poetry in the spirit of freedom of the 60s.
