A quality pressing. After a couple bad experiences with some of these Tamla reissues, it's nice to have a record with low-to-zero background noise and a faithful rendition of the original recording. Just beautiful, really. Well worth getting if you want a copy of this album in mint condition, do not hesitate to buy.

Just playing this ‘Back to Black’ version on my Rega P8/Atheta 3… wow, superb dynamic sound coming from my speakers. The disc is flat, super quiet and downright right on brilliant !! 👍😎.. We still love you MG ❤️.

This pressing and packaging really comes clean, full of dynamic sound and clarity! I’m thoroughly impressed with it. I bought it to accompany my Detroit Mix 40th anniversary release, which also sounds tremendous. Recommended release!

All the talk about the Kevin grey remaster whatever, I can't afford every different version that comes out so I'll just say I bought this cheapy from GZ back to black as a little surprise for my wife. It's stunning on my Rega P7 into Bower and Wilkins 703s.
Great bass, very involving and very dynamic. What a bloody great pressing and it only cost me £15 from Amazon.
Sorry folks but all these 1 Steps, and fancy library style Analogue Production box sets of Hendrix albums, wtf !?!?! It's supposed to be rock and roll or soul or whatever, are all these fancy audiophile pressings catering to the archivists or rock music fans? You tell me folks, I think I know and it's making me feel an element of elitism is being promoted in our hobby big time. Sure enjoy a good sounding lp but a modern remaster costing £150 wtf !!!!!!!
