This 190g reissue is absolutely excellent. Fine pressing. Excellent sound stage. Vocals nice and central.

What's the difference between this and the 2014 edition? The matrix runouts looks like I have this one, but the letters on the label are printed with red instead of black like this or the 2014 edition. Any thoughts?

I bought the 2013 copy and I was wondering whether it's normal that the red letters on the orange label are so small that I can barely read it? It's written in abysmally small font on the edge of the label

The letters are always red on orange. Only better to read at the repress. I got the V40 190 gram version cause the release date is mentioned the same date as here 8.11.2018 on the other seller it's the 6.11.2018. Both are internet sellers not private sellers. Companies. But not that ugly amazon where I haven't bought one thing till now.

Really enjoyable listening. Much deeper and more spacious sound than the cd edition. Great pressing.

really happy with this. silent and with great dynamics. matrixnumbers as descrbed. seems like there are fake ones without any matrixnumbers at all.

This is a truly great sounding pressing. Great low ends, dead silent vinyl, the soundstage is brilliant.

@ afrofreak60 I got the original which is fantastic and this Virgin 40 190gram release but it's not opened yet. Gotta check it out. Wanted to listen to the newer one to save the original for special events...

I am sorry. You have never listen to the original issue. This issue is a joke. Vinyl can by sound so much better.

The vinyl master sounds pretty good but the pressing is bad. Pops and crackles all the way. Another 180 gram-scam. Disappointing...

i see that i'm not the only one that struggle to make the difference between the limited release of nov 2013 and the repress from 2014. i don't owe any of them and i'm looking to get the 2013 release. I see on discogs that the limited release doesn't mention that it's a 180g vinyl, can someone check and tell us if it's or not a 180g vinyl ? in this last case, that would be the difference between the 2.

I don't see the differences either. Should be merged into one release but someone is stubbornly keeps veto-ing the merge. The only real difference is the actual runout ~ the other release seems to have a ∆ or ∇ thrown in there. It's clearly the same mastering for both pressings even if they are differently marked. One would be fooling themselves to suggest one sounds better over the other.

For what it's worth I bought this one in November 2017 on amazon.de. All the identifications match this 2013 release exactly. There's no way it's a limited edition. They're definitely still pressing it!

this pressing might sound good if youve never heard the original or the singles...
but god, scratchy highend. recessed highend. no real dynamic range in comparison.
they were like VINYL IS WARM GUYS and fked it up.

find the Virgin pressed Inertia Creeps single, and compare to this...

What makes this a Lmt Ed.? I see no indication of anything special.
