Flat vinyl, packed in an antistatic inner sleeve and a fairly thick varnished envelope-cover.
The sound is balanced, reference, without rumbling bass. Some crackles in the start run-up, then quiet.
Record rates at 5, music at 4.
It is worth having in your collection, if only to check what your audio system sounds like.
Finally my vinyl is 193g

The first guitars you'll hear on the very first track convey an outstanding lushness on this record. Very quiet pressing with excellent mastering, hugely good sounding.

Best pressing I’ve heard. Incredible mastering from the original analogue tapes by Speakers Corner. Highly recommended!

I have this record a few years now.
From original mastertapes and very well pressed.
It’s one of the best quality records I have.
100% silent noisefloor - nearly 100% immaculate.
Not only do I happily listen to it, I also use it as my main reference record for testing, tweaking and upgrading my equipment.

And of course as always with Herbie Hancock ‘s music: it’s skillfully composed with plenty of hidden details to discover.

Made in the Netherlands. Not Germany.
