Reviews
- I've had Handsworth Revolution since its day of release, nearly 40 years now, and it was only today that I bought their second album. Great stuff.
- HANDSWORTH REVOLUTION. !!!!!!
In my opinion it is the best reggae album ever made ... But I was bought up in Handsworth
So to see a new Double cd set released in fold out digi ... With all LIVE bbc sessions ... Plus
Dub cuts and 12" mixes all 30 tracks .... Was long overdue to release 4726050 uk/ Europe
***** five stars all round ... Every reggae or punk collector should own this..... Your not a punk if you don't !!!! Ha ha - see Allmusic.com & amazon.co.uk - there appears to be an error on some of the track times in that 5 of the tracks have the actual times for other tracks. The times seem to have been taken from those listed on the original vinyl version of the Lp - viewed by clicking on 'more images' beneath the album cover.
Bad man 3.22 should be 5.24. Soundcheck 5.24 should be 3.22
Klu Klax Klan 4.18 should be 3.39. Prediction 3.39 should be 5.30
Macka Splaff 5.30 should be 4.18.
These same tracks have the times listed correctly for the compilation Sound System
