Edited 8 years agoLovely assemblage of mellow and ambient techno sounds. Particular appreciation for 'Aqua 4', 'Aqua 5' and 'Aqua 8' - this is where I feel the qualities that people love about these artists and the Aquaplano label shine through. For someone who enjoys the sounds of Aphex Twin's 'Selected Ambient Works 85-92' this compilation could well be a good progression for someone looking for tracks taking on the same, exploratory headspace. Beautiful release - heartily recommended.- A side sounds not good on my copy, probably bad pressing..
Disk 1 is black vinyl, disk 2 white vinyl. - in case u missed it at your fav store - don't worry, another stock is coming..
Anyone else having problem with distortion on track Aqua 5 ?- Hooray!!!!! Finally!
