One of the greatest albums ever recorded. This album has no skips with amazing opening and closing. He Darked The Sun is probably the best song off of this and Nobody’s is heart string tugging. 100/10

My review is totally and unapologetic glowing because I cannot believe that Linda Ronstadt would make a bad record. "Silk Purse" is early Linda and her voice and interpretation of every song is terrific. My LR collection is large and I bring this one out of the stack every once in a while and love every song. "Will You Love Me Tomorrow" and "Long Long Time" are perfect. As for Linda sitting in the pigs' sty, she has that farmer's daughter look that city boys sit up and take notice. "Silk Purse" is a great record.
