Errors & Inconsistencies:
Written by credits on the notes have inconsistent spacing between artist first name and last name likely due to lack of space on media. Correct formatting of the artist names is provided in the credits
"Tracks 1, 4 and 7 written by A.Coe/T. Frederikse."
"2,3,5,6 and 8 written by A.Coe/T.Frederikse/S.Mollison"

The 6 should be an 8, which is inline with release mix credits.
