Great vinyl pressing, dead silent after ultrasonic cleaning. A gritty and raw performance was captured here, so I would think this is a must-have for hard core fans. Stevie was battling environmentals that night...there is a lot of feedback and stage hiss lurking in the background. However, this only adds to charm of this recording. Highly recommended!

EDIT: I just checked the current prices, and YIKES! I received this album FREE from Wolfgang's Vault for some reason or another...has to be the deal of the century!

As far as live SRV goes, this is the raw and real deal. Don't get me wrong, I love Stevie Ray Vaughan & Double Trouble - Live Alive, but this is far more authentic. Sound wise, the pressing is near-perfect. Yes, there's some issues with the concert recording (vocals don't come in until midway into A2), but the vinyl sounds great. Is it worth the current asking price? Maybe-- it's that good.

The quality on YouTube alone is horrible. Seemed like he had Mic issues from the jump. Anyone know anything about this vinyl release?
