So, I have not played this LP in some time and realized it was not in my Discogs collection. My LP's are black with the following in the runouts.

SC-310LP A
SC-310LP B Salt
SC-310LP C
SC-310LP D Salt

No either numbers or letters in the run-out. What version do I have? Thanks. Ric

Really dynamic and deep sound for such a dynamic record. Love this pressing!

Two part question for some kind of mod or admin:
1) Why are the variants listed with the first run as 'Variant 2', the second run as 'Variant 3' and then the third run as 'Variant 1'? Am I misreading the Matrix/Runout info? Is the info not telling us that they did one batch, and either ordered more from an uptick in distributor response or because they found some of the issues people are complaining about, and then did it again for a third batch?

2) Given that this particular one is getting a lot of mixed responses, is there any thought to separating these three runs into 3 listings to help people see if one of these three is a problem run?

I've got the SC310 LE re 1 [+salt on B/D] version, and it's horrible. There's a lot of distortion on track A3, and entire side D is literally unlistenable on headphones because of cracking distortion and noise when the vocals come in. Mine's bought online in the EU, don't know if that makes any difference, I've seen american reviewers below speaking favorable of this version.

both discs sound incredible, very rich yet distinct sound... only problem is the runout groove on side A; it's cut so close to the label, that the needle often times starts jumping and scratching... but this is probably a flaw unique to my copy...

guilty pleasure to listen to this LP - but the gorgeous way it's pressed makes me feel less bad; just some simple beer-can rock with great guitar licks. "Red Eyes" is iconic

Neil Young, Joy Division and many more.... If there is something that makes me calm and free, then it is the amazing understanding that our children must have listened to us! Great ALBUM !!!

1 of the 3 records I first bought. Have had a great time with this one, while tripping on LSD, and for cozy MDMA comedowns and sober this one is bliss.

The package is great. Lovely artwork. Comes in non-poly-lined inners, I was late to using Nagaoka's so the records have stained a little for me, so beware of this and don't leave it years like I did.

The sound is still very good however, side A1 being the best, and the rest having slightly more surface noise, nothing major though.

I guess I lucked out. My copy sounds fantastic - it may be the best sounding record in my collection.
