Reviews
- The last track Warning is an ode to P.Funk yet in a smoother way with an unexpected spooky ending that is followed by the reversed snippet of Shine. The mysterious track here is Painted Pictures, a brief experimental and dreamy instrumental score with a warm synth pattern which could have been mixed for more longer version.
- Slave at the height of their career a must have for any funk fan. There simply isn't a weak track on the album, a development on the concept. How this isn't a recognised classic album mystifies me. Warning is the least of the cuts but it is still worth a listen.
