Finally found the name of this song - it only took 20 years! This was typical of the kind of House that was getting played in backrooms at the superclubs around the turn of the millennium. If you needed a breather from the Trance that was generally getting played in the main rooms at places like Crasher, Gods, etc then this is what would welcome you in room 2.
