The trilogy is now complete!
This, the 3rd in the pliiant's 'ever so' exquisite releases for Talent Hoover (100 copies only folks!), has a much more deeper resonance to it...‘as it says on the tin’.
We are treated to some truly beautiful compositions & swirling soundscapes, a very ethereal experience this time round.
Possible Pub influences too with the lush strings, merged eloquently with quirky clicks & cuts & vocals that give the pliiant's tracks all their character & organic warmth.
Defining & broadening the talents with the machines & whisking us off into a utopian, hypnotic state.
For example: hear 'la grande depron' or ‘fletcher’ to name a couple & if you don't get choked up upon listening to these tracks, then you have issues...
Let this album in & your soul will be gratified. Heart swelling stuff here.
