Just checked back on this and damnn I cant believe how much this goes for now jeez. I bought mine for 30$ a couple years agoand thought i overpaid lol
So I absolutely adore this album and spin this all the time. My question is, does anyone here know similar albums or artists that I can check out? I hear about Bossa Nova and all this other stuff that I have delved into, but NOTHING quite hits it like this album does. Maybe it is that unique, which is awesome. But I want more like this!
Edited one year agoAmazing record, hoping for a 10th-anniversary repress so the copy I have can be played more casually- Does everyone else's copy have a test pressing label? I was a little surprised at that when I opened this one. The record is lovely, of course, but I have a bit of distortion on some of the vocals. Still really happy to have this one in the collection. One of my favorite album artworks of all time.

Cheap paper sleeve greasy hand print on record, needs more cleans now had 3 heavy cleans looks and sounds better
NPP pressing sounds good on my system. Nice flat disc, no hole centring issue. Great album, of course.- Music is great. Sounds a little noisy. Ended up getting an American pressing from Amazon Germany and it has a divot and some weird wave appearance on the vinyl but it is not warped. Seems off centre as well. Has anyone else had anything similar. Is it worth it to try and get a replacement?
- In my top 100 albums of all time such a beautiful record it proves music has no language I cant understand a word it.just has a just beautiful feeling good vibes.
Fantastic record. Might be my favorite of 2014.
