My copy sounds excellent. Deep bass, rich and dynamic overall. No noise or other pressing issues.

My copy has deep bass, good dynamics and overall an organic rich sound. Quite a few pops, though.

Very dynamic and zero issues 👌

Wish i'd new about all these comments before. Absolutely terrible sounds like a bad recording of on an old vinyl. Anyone else's copy squeaks at the start of Side B. Also completely flat not mastered well at all. No bass. And loads of pops. What the hell have Sony Records/Silvertone done here????

Love this album so much, but have to agree with some of the other reviewers. There are so many pops on this pressing; I thought 180g is supposed to be special. Compared to the Tangerine Dream Ricochet 180g remaster I ordered at the same time, TSR was disappointing. Love the band and their music, not too happy with this release

Pressed in a pig-sty by the sound of it. Micro scratches from trying to extract the record from the shite inner sleeve then I find record skipping on side two. - A fragment of melted vinyl fused to the surface of the disc ! Eventually removed with iso-solution and cotton swab but the damage was done and there is a scrunch through 4 or 5 spins of the record. Flat mastering and/or plating job - Not sure of the source but it sounds Waaaaaaaay better through Tidal. - A 2/10 at best.

This sounds okay, it's not great - 45 RPM might be the definitive pressing. Being from the US and owning the original 1989 CD, I am somewhat disappointed they stuck with the original track listing and didn't include "Elephant Stone". It's one of their best songs.

Lucked out I guess, no issues with my pressing or noise on mine.

I don’t know what the fuss is all about, saying that the quality of the pressing is poor. My one plays fine with no problems? As for the album itself, I believe it’s one of the finest examples of what music should sound like. 🤘🏻

My pressing sounds fine. It was a little dusty, but after a cleanup, no problems.
To me it sounds good, I compared it to the 45rpm and the latter sounds better, but this one isn't bad at all.
