Outstanding deep dub techno release.
I wish less time was cut to each side so the grooves could be cut as deep as this music ;)
But at least the vinyl seems to be of the quality low-noise variety.

Killer sound design. Subtle, shifting melodies. Really great stuff here.
This release is a sleeper that more deep techno heads will groove to after becoming familiar with Pellarin. I didn't know about his work 'til last year when I picked up that Black Series 12" compilation.

Were all the tracks made with the Elektron Monomachine and Machinedrum?

If Pellarin continues to release deep-as-fuck tracks like this on vinyl, I'll keep buying them.

This is an absolute essential release. Pellarin's style changes from release to release, and to me this is the ultimate accomplishment due to my personal preference of dub minimal techno. If you like Deepchord, Basic Channel/Maurizio you will be pleased, as this Tango EP is consistent and flawless. Will there be a sequel release due to the "#1" title?? I sure hope so.
