I always thought the "CD Remix #9" (my favourite version of "The Wanderer"), was done by Chez Damier. After asking Chez, he informed me that it's a mix from Romanthony himself, contrary to popular belief.

The original version is a monument of its own, anything else was a poor senseless act of reproduction, including that Dixon bullshit. some tunes are untouchable and people should respect that.
The single is a tribute of Romanthony to the english poem The Wanderer.
The speaker reflects upon life while spending years in exile, and to some extent has gone beyond his personal sorrow. In this respect, the poem is a "wisdom poem." The degeneration of “earthly glory” is presented as inevitable in the poem, contrasting with the theme of salvation through faith in God. The Wanderer vividly describes his loneliness and yearning for the bright days past, and concludes with an admonition to put faith in God. the voice of Anthony will never be forgotten, dance music was at it's highest creativity peek between 91 - 95.
Rest in peace the Wanderer.
