Reviews
- Edited 11 months agoThe sound of Strictly Rhythm!!! These are the ones that laid the foundations of this label. If ever a label had a Underground Sound then this label had it in articulated truck fulls. Both sides of this are great "Luv Will Make It Right" being the one most DJ's played.
1991 was a great year for House but most of the focus wasnt on music for the Club but music for Rave's.
Id moved slightly away from that environment and hunting down things like this was a mission. Having to phone up record shops all over the world hoping they had a copy as they didnt do huge numbers on these releases and absolutely no chance of a repress. Hearing this sound in the right Club with the right DJ's was what i lived for at the weekend. It brought back a much needed classiness and sexinees to Clubbing that had been lost in Rave. - Edited 4 years agoLuv Will Make It Right will sustain any house set, old or new. Great tool from the heyday of Strictly Rhythm. Classic status.
- This was released in the middle of an amazing run of deep house tracks released by Stricly Rhythm. Very dark and deep but danceable as well. I kept this one in my crate up until 1995 and no one could tell it was released in 1991 - it is that well produced. If deep house is your thing, this is one of the classics you need.
