sounds solid. kinda thin vinyl overall but it's FLAT n SHINY. the jacket is cool too, it's like a raw stock finish. if you have lysf it's kinda like that. comes in nice poly sleeves too. considering i got this for like less than thirty bucks, it's great.
also lol out of print again? already? whoops

sound is great, clear sound and no noise issues. the records came in clear plastic sleeves, not sure if they're antistatic but they seem good. beware of paper dust from the jacket getting on the records though, as the jacket is made of uncoated cardboard.
i think there were new pressings of the trilogy albums in 2020, maybe other swans albums as well. i bought this from young god records in nov 2020, and picked up the seer from a record store in dec 2020, and for both of them, the identifiers line up with their original pressings. i don't see how they could have had tons of original pressings just sitting around, so that leads me to believe some swans records were repressed in 2020.

Long hair man with name like godzilla says weird thing in odd voice and make songs that go on for long time. I like bass in songs and other noises they sound good. Bam bam chiiiii, bam bam chiiiii, bam bam chiiiii, dum dum dum, dum dum dum

This is one of the best albums ever made.
It both tests and rewards your patience...and when the currents configuration disbands, it will be a sad day.

my copy has a poster but not the dvd. The vinyl came with some white marks that seemed like fingerprints ... I was hoping this to be a pure analog recording, but at first listen it didn't sound like one to me. I wrote to the Youndgod website and the answer was: "I believe they were recorded digitally. Brandon".

Wouldn't it make more sense for B2 to be labeled as "Bring the Sun" and C as "Toussaint L'Ouverture" as I'm fairly certain that's their crossover point? The way they're split up on the album.

This is the U.S. version, not a mispress. The European version has "Kirsten Supine" run before "Oxygen".
