Reviews
- This could use a remix/remaster, if you compare it to The Optimist which is a brilliant sounding record. This one is a bit dense in some areas especially the low end, it just needs some refinement. This music deserves it.......Overall its very good but it could be so much better.
- All in all, I'm pretty pleased with this pressing. The loud passages don't appear distorted as described, and there are some nice percussive elements that ring out much clearer than the digital files I originally purchased. Vocals seem balanced. Sometimes you don't know until you listen on multiple systems, so if I notice anything after further review I'll note it here.
- So sad to say this is a bad master =( loud passages distort heavily. Thankfully soft to medium volume passages sound good, albeit a bit congested.
