- I am surprised about the hype and prices for original LPs going up that high. I saw them in Cologne back in 1988, presenting thier new Album META, it was a very small and extremely loud concert. Good, dark, raw and ... loud. Did I mentioned it? :-)
However, Meta is my favorite Album, while If Two Worlds Kiss was a typical End 80ies Guitar Band Style. They already got their own direction, but as mentioned Meta topped it by far. In my opinion of course.
I am curious to read, how do you rate them, please leave a comment. - Well, this was my first Pink Turns Blue album (I only discovered them quite recently, believe it or not), but I have since tracked down their whole discography and own the lot now!
This album is still my favorite , be it because it's their first released, or because it was the album which introduced me to these masters of Goth/Darkwave.
If you're into bands like EARLY cure and Sisters of Mercy etc, then you already NEED this!
