Show All 31 Reviews- I had to go through three copies. Each shared the same right channel distortion in the final minute or so of side one. These #’ were 11440 thru 11467. First two copies also had ticks and skips. Third/final copy was perfect except for that distortion, which I had to settle with. Curious if anyone else has a copy in this numbered range with the same issue?
- Is there a difference between the 2014 and this new 2023 repress ? in this case maybe it should be pushed into a new release page for this 2023 repress.
- After everything MOFI did i feel like redeem themselves with sound quality of these Miles records as they all sound ace ... this is another 10/10 ...
- Edited one month agoNot something I would normally purchase, but the artwork alone, is worth the price if admission. This release is everything everyone else has said, and worth every cent.
- So so stupidly good. Pick one of these up for $60 while you still can because once it's done, unless they press it again (which they can with their DSD transfer), you're not gonna find it for under 100 bucks
- #10435 here. Spinning it for the first time now and it sounds phenomenal. Couldn’t be happier. The soundstage is huge. Sounds like they’re in the room.
- Over time I’ve have several versions of this masterpiece including og canadian, og uk, us quad but I must say that this one even though it has a digital step in it, I never heard this album sounds so good
- I have no other pressings to compare this to but I have nearly a lifetime of listening and inhaling this album in other formats and I must say no other listening sesh has drawn me more deeply and more completely into this sound world than the first spin of this MoFi release. The standout qualities are the spatial environment in which the musicians exist and the absolute clarity of their sonics. This is special.
