I paid for and downloaded this back in the day (2001?) from DGMlive website, following an announcement by Fripp that the only way to acquire it was via download, so I know there is a digital media form for this, but I wouldn't know how to submit it. To answer another's question here, I believe the Fripp legal team looks in on discogs from time-to-time and complains to management about bootlegs.
