Front has a black label with YAZ with same font in white. Was this added by the pressing company or the store that sold it?

Yeah, this is the one! Excellent early '80s innovator of techno style before most of us referred to it as "techno". Great tune! Dancy and fresh even to this day, this was what pioneered the "techno" sound. I was not privy to hearing this track until about 1993, when a local radio program director/disc jockey (who happened to be from ol' Blighty - England if you're not nasty) started playing this tune regularly. Being at the height of the techno explosion in the US at the time, it seemed so very logical to school us who wanted to be (and accepted it as such) schooled about the origins of techno music by the original proprietors of the sound. I still love it to this day and feel unfortunate that I had to wait eleven years to finally hear it. Thanks alot shitty US radio! You want techno? Here's some of the original stuff. Check it!
