Artist Biography:

Antonio Iorio was born in Salerno, Italy, on the 18th April 1996, and since childhood has shown significant talent, qualities and attraction for the music, impassioning to the sound of the electric bass in particular thanks to Jaco Pastorius, one of his greatest inspirations together with Jimi Hendrix, Louis Armstrong, Michael Jackson, James Brown, Stanley Clarke, Marcus Miller, Weather Report, Quincy Jones and many others.

At the age of 11, Antonio began to play the electric bass in different groups (Jazz, Rock, Blues, R&B & Pop) of Salerno before arriving at the age of 13, in which He collaborated with many musicians such as Julian Oliver Mazzariello, Roberto Martinelli, Pietro Vitale, Giampiero Virtuoso and many others…

By 2012 Antonio became a Featured Artist of the Acoustic Control Corporation.

In the period comprised between 2011 to 2014, He attended as preparatory school the Liceo ginnasio Torquato Tasso (Salerno).

In summer 2014 Antonio made his first travel in the United States Of America realizing his aspirations and relating his way of thinking to his dream-society;

In his first visit in Boston and New York He became aware of his pre-constituted key-vision, entering and taking part into several significant sectors of the American society, including The Harvard Law School, where he had a first approach to the Law as well as The Northeastern University, The Columbia University, The Boston University The City of Boston and New York, defining in this way the point of departure of his future studies in Italy and in the United States.

His visit to the Big Apple's Broadway, Birdland (New York jazz club), Blue Note Jazz Club, Apollo Theater, Radio City Music Hall, Madison Square Garden, CBS Orchestra and some other incredible places amplified even more his enormous passion for Music.

During his travel in Boston and Cambridge, Massachusetts He had got to perform with some talented musicians, also coming from Berklee College of Music.

On July 20th 2014 at 20:17:40 UTC at the same time, in honor of the 45th anniversary of The Apollo 11 landing on the Moon, Antonio publishes The first Moral & Cognitive Jazz Album in the music history.
