- Edited 10 months agoGreat mastering, but unfortunately a mediocre pressing. My copy has noise here and there throughout. Wish it were silent - it would have been stellar. Playing on a Technical SL-1210GR w/ AT-VM540ML while I type this. I've had this copy brand new for some time, cleaned in a Vevor ultrasonic cleaner and Spin Clean. The crackles aren't bad, it's just not perfect. Edit: The Dog End Of A Day Gone By played perfectly, so it is hit and miss. Maybe it will floss out with repeat plays.
"Ball Of Confusion" "God And Mr. Smith" "Inside The outside" still missing on this reissue
Is this cut from a 16/44 digitized copy of the original tapes?- Edited 6 years agoI've gone through four copies of this blue vinyl version so far, and *all* of them have been warped in the exact same way: All have had a nasty edge warp and a minor dish warp. The third copy was also pressed off center. I doubt that's just a coincidence, so I wonder if something went awry at the pressing plant?
- Another excellent pressing by Drastic Plastic. Great sound, on center, and no warping. Artwork is crisp and beautiful.
