Early demo cassette, mostly acoustic guitar, vocals and keys. Jason provides a spoken word introduction following 'Long Way Down': "Sharon took the kids out of town and we cleared Jeff's living room out and we set up stuff and recorded these songs, some original, some not so original. Hope you like them, bye." 'Spitting Up Blood' (an instrumental) is the only track to reappear on a later Grandaddy release (The Windfall Varietal)
