This song never fails to fill me with so much warmth, melancholy, sadness & joy - & for that reason it is an indispensable piece of wax that never loses it's power.

it doesnt say 'shoe' , that reads kinda wrnog !?
sample is 'wish you well' , and so the loop is 'wish you you , wish you you ...'

oh and the inner city track is "till we meet again"

as a side note : the sub bass sample is off a 'krs-one' tune aswell - i can hear it but cant remember title arghhhh hate that when i cant remember from all the years of abuse lol . it was a really hard core old 80's hip hop track . im even more convinced it is this , as in the non piano based side , when it first drops in , the bass sample includes part of the old hat pattern sampled too . this is the first time ive ever noticed its krs-one , nice sampling , nice spotting ;-)

One side starts beatless with a looped voice saying something like 'a shoe shoe shoe shoe a shoe shoe shoe' before the kick comes in while the other kicks from the start. Typically great Carl Craig percussion, definitely dance floor friendly.

Wonderful music but with an indifferent pressing and poor fading. (This review has been dislocated from the release that it originally referred to which was discogs release number 1195779.)

The tracks are called "The Wonders of Wishing" and are based on this sample of Paris Grey of Inner City
