Reviews
- Sorry but moaning about audio quality in 'reviews' has become my pet hate...hearing with audiophile ears in music is like only seeing the brand of paint in a picasso...not that I like picasso, its just an example of how trainspotter get anal about the tools and completely loose sight of the composition, its context and to what ends this music is made. Rant over....
- Edited 16 years agoThe audioquality of this 12" is unfortunately a bit poor. By accident I have it twice and on both copies it's the same. I don't think that the plenty of tracks on each side is the reason for that. It more sounds like bad recording equipment/technique. Maybe these tracks are some early recordings from his archive? I don't know... but it's a great pity because some of the tracks are really nice!
- Edited 18 years agoI know its cool to be all ghetto detroit and press 4 songs on side for the added lo-fi effect. But why not take out the crap songs and have a better pressing for the good songs? Urrrrg! That aside it is a great release of late 80s early 90s inspired ghettohousetechnofunk.
