Andzrej Marko - Solar Heating sampled on One Summer Night ??? Main melody of Solar Heating also sounds like it might’ve influenced the later part of Dinosaur Carebears

It's just plain ridiculous how many people slammed this LP. So nice to see people giving it the love it deserves on this page. This has become my go to record in his discography, and it still sounds fresh all these years later.

If you are even a little interested in Ariel Pink, you should get this record. One of his best, not too experimental and one that you will keep playing for a couple of days straight. Count on it! Record sounds great, love the art work and the overall quality. What are you waiting for, JUST GET IT ALREADY! :-p

Sooooo I'm assuming the Jason Pierce credited on this album must just be another guy that happens to have the same name as J. Spaceman.. Lol. Anyway, I got excited for a minute when I first noticed that.

anyone hear a mispress at the end of side N? I hear the first half second of Picture Me Gone.

edit: I've since noticed this is present on the digital version too

Yup, the sound is very good here, much more delicate than the high-res digital files. Too bad that my copy came badly warped on both discs.

Is there any way of telling the UK and the US pressing apart? I have a copy and can't work out which it is...

By far the worst sounding record I've ever bought. My MP3 copy sounds better - ick!
