Extraordinary collection suffers from excessive use of noise reduction. The notion that consumers on average would be buying such a comprehensive set is absurd, so, with the compromised sound, collectors like myself are unhappy and the general public just doesn't care. Having compared these transfers with identical recordings from other cd editions, it is very evident that the Okeh engineers and their recordings were excellent.
