Better Grooves (or 40 Miles as it was originally known on the original white label) samples the end of Lost Entities Annihilate (L.E.S. Mix) to very good effect!

Love it. Love the vocals. Nothing cheesy imo. A mature house/breakbeat pop crossover track which didn't embarass the rave scene like other hits you all know. Improves on Better Days too with the great bassline not to mention the bells or whatever synth that is in the mid section. 1991 was a lovely year for kind of stuff. Before everything changed 1 year later.

Here we go Hands in the air time !
Big piano hook - breakbeat percussion and a funky bassline - with a vocal thrown over the top depending on which mix you like.
Huge tune when release - one to get the crowd going !

I prefer the non vocal version of this. it's on the b side. I also like better grooves just as much.

This version had vocals and was more cheesey and personally I think it completely killed the image of this track, the piano is played at the wrong key and the singing is awful. Hunt down the original white label or the US import. Apart from that 40 Miles is a massive house track and one of my all time favs.
