This mono mix was never commercially available, and has never been released on CD or any digital format.

White Label Promo.

No mention of "STEREO" directly left of the spindle hole on the labels. Rather the text "SAMPLE COPY NOT FOR SALE" appears in place of it.

Features orange "PROMOTIONAL d/j copy monaural NOT FOR SALE" sticker on the front.

The jacket is the same as that issued with stock stereo copies, with the only difference being the aforementioned sticker. It displays the stereo catalog number, SD 7200.

The labels display the unique mono catalog number, 7200 (no "SD" prefix).
