A must in any collection, of course, as an album that defined the 90s music scene in so many ways. I went blind into this reissue and wow... It truly packs a punch. Immaculate details, dynamic bass, just right to go really, really deep without drowning. Amazing range and clear sounding. V happy with the pressing. Like the gatefold too. The only thing missing for me is the lyrics sheet, but that's not a factor when considering the purchase. A few fuzzy sibilants in Wandering Star (last track on side A), as is sometimes the case with last tracks near the centre of the record, but nothing major or out of the ordinary to detract from the quality of the music. Recommended.

maybe i got a bad copy, but one side of the disc was completelt covered with dust (the record was still sealed and mint)

A beautiful issue-- the best I've seen and heard and I have three versions '08UK, '14UK non gatefold, and this. I wish the vinyl were a little quieter, but compared to the previous two this one is best behaved overall-- and the mastering seems better-- more balanced without losing the deep liquid bottom-end that is part of this album's charm. Or maybe I've got my cartridge dialed in a little better these last few weeks... I don't know, but this issue sounds pretty pretty pretty damn good.

One of the best sounding records in my collection. I'm sure it does the original issues justice and more. Very bass heavy, perfect for the beats. The gatefold is beautifully printed too, with a nice anti-static sleeve. Excellent issue
