- Edited 19 years agoDefinitely a lot weaker than the group's two stellar releases, "Serious Killer" & "Over and Out", "Rotation USA" tends to focus a lot more on the experimental noise aspect of their music, utilizing a lot more breakbeats than hammering ebm rhythms. Perhaps this is why i didn't find myself enjoying 5 of the 8 tracks, yet i suppose people who enjoy more original, formless music can find pleasure in this otherwise lacking Noisex release.
