I picked this version of the album up October 2018 in HMV for £15. I don't know if other HMV shops are getting copies, I was just in total disbelief at seeing a The KLF CD in HMV, 26 years after they deleted their catalogue in the UK. It's the American version by Arista, which I haven't heard before, and also has a bunch of Justified and Ancient remixes on it. If anyone's interested in checking this version out, pop round to the shops and you might find it!
