- To each their own, but, for the previous comments about Chuck and his singing ability/style, you all be crazy.....so unique, so wonderfully full and so deep!!! Faster Disco defines him as a f'n force!!! Was at the 1987 show that they opened up for RHCP in St. Louis (on youtube) and was forever changed. He is my favorite singer of all time....take that in, ha!!!! I get it!!! Check out his other band "Cement" and tell me again that he isn't good. A+++ for this album.
Musically, this record is a step up from the previous one. Vocal parts however, make it difficult to enjoy. I don't have anything against Chuck, i think he was a good man but he just couldn't sing. There is something about the manner in which he signs that i just can't digest. First two albums are botched thanks to singing.
