Big Data – Dangerous

I came across this single at a local music store and thought the packaging was hilarious and awesome. It seriously looks exactly like an 8-inch floppy, even the sticker applied to the front looks like an old info label. True, the holes expose the grooves, but just slip the whole case into a plastic sleeve and it still looks good and is reasonably protected.
I wasn't familiar with Big Data before, so yes, I bought this based solely on its packaging. But I was also pleasantly surprised by the catchy song it contained, and got me into the group's other music. Both versions of the song sound great, I have no problems playing both sides back to back.

In terms of packaging this is probably the single worst purchase I've ever made. It just comes in a flimsy cardboard jacket with NO inner sleeve at all, and with huge holes in the package that expose the grooves! I get that it's meant to look like a floppy disc, but I'm pretty sure Warner could afford some plain paper sleeves so the grooves aren't completely vulnerable. Plus my copy came with a corner completely bent over the back because of how flimsy the whole thing is. The thing sounds fine, but the package is so goddamn cheap.
