This is how I would imagine what a DMT breakthrough is like.

Its one deep, dark, expansive piece of work. I wasn't that taken with it at first, but now I'm addicted. The pressing is superb, flawless all the way through which is absolutely imperative for this style of music...

When I received my copy, the first thing that hit me was the smell of the records, quite repulsive. The music itself is simply stunning, and it was a great decision to put all of the original mixes on a single side. Unfortunately my copy has some quite prominent pops for most of Io; but other than that it's quite clean, with no warping. Many others have mentioned the rubber wheel and how hard it is to remove and insert the records. I believe that the artist's intent was more so for this to be played only on special occasions, with it rather serving as a collectible piece of art.

Listening to it for the first time, wasn't expecting something like that... and then "Io" kicked in and I remained speechless!!!!!!!!!!!! I wish Amon takes such a turn to ambient and astound us all in the near future.............

Yeah, the packaging... It has an odd smell to it and it is clumsy in use. Still thinking of putting the LP's in regular packaging but this thing does look nice...

Are anyone else's discs warped from the packaging? My copy looks hilarious spinning on the table. It's a roller coaster ride for the needle. Thankfully, it plays quite nicely somehow. Also, are you afraid to put the discs back into the wheel from how mean you have to get with them? I am. Great EP, but I have to take a star off for this packaging almost ruining the records.

This is drone sci fi music. Jump on board of USS Ketty and you will have one hell of an experience. He will definitely take you to Jupiter and back. The bass on this is spine tingling, you need to let the music absorb your body whilst he takes you to places only NASA wishes they could go....
