Every track is a killer !!!!- Edited 5 years agoas far as i know pretty sure this is taken from the work of Denise La Salle - May The Funk Be With You (1980) https://www.discogs.com/Denise-LaSalle-Im-So-Hot/release/114448 Denise La salle died recently; she lived from 1948 until January 7th 2018. Rest in peace Denise.
whats wrong with the baseline on the Hunters Dub? Sounds like the guitar player messes up on the 8/8 beat. maybe also bad sampling but it relly ruins the flow to me. still a killer release, very deep.
Deep house beauty! killer release, especially loving the B side
The Choice Is Yours (Deep Disco Mix) killer bassline, pressing seems a little
light on the topend but it just adds to the deepness.
Totally underrated Funk-monster of a House record...Timeless floor-filler!!- There is an amazing sounding pressing of this tune on the vinyl 'Defected In The House (Eivissa 05)'. The original Freeze release for me was not the best.
Edited one year agoClassic. Paul Hunter is a legend, plain and simple. Started palying this again after around 10 years at a Disco/Redits night, has been going down a storm.
