Notes
This is the on-demand re-release in a standard jewel case with a newly designed one-sided booklet and back insert. It was available since June 2003 and approximately 300 copies were made.
The initial release (Worm Pizza) was a limited edition of 20 numbered copies in miniature pizza box.
A digital download version was issued in May 2019 on Bandcamp.com.

All tracks preformed and recorded by Renaldo Malpractice, Paulie Kraynak and The Moles. Track creator/performer listed first, followed by contributors.
Incidental music composed and recorded by Vinnie, using performances provided by Rock, Keith, Paul, Krister, Michael, Jan and C. Shaw. Mastered by Vinnie. Design and packaging by The Moles, based on ideas by Paulie and Renaldo.
Many thanks to Brian and Paulie, without whom this recording would not have been made. This recording is dedicated to The Residents. This re-heat is not to be sold for profit.
