Lumpy Records, LR 40 / LR 9203
All pressings have identical double sided sleeve layouts and labels, the only difference being the color.
Back panel of the fold-over sleeve functions as an insert to mail back to Marks now defunct mail order label for a C.C.T.V. shirt (Do not mail cash. Records Inc. is not a thing at the moment.)
