Reviews
- Edited 8 years agoOne recommendation which maybe I should have listened to first, some guy plays very loud out of tune drums over Strings of Life while someone plays with a music app on his iPhone; some people who probably have taken ecstasy are heard cheering in the background. Completely misses the point. Sleeve is nice though.
B-side is a sort of inept rip off of Michael Bundt's "Brain Of Oskar Panizzar", again ruined by drums being way too loud in the mix and again with a bunch of iPhone bleeps and whistles that are a substitute for effort. - Edited 8 years agoFurther proof that Kieran Hebden could now release the sound of a wheelie bin being chucked into a ditch and people would still lap it up. Morning/Evening (released around the same time) isn't much better either (albeit differently dismal).
- Edited 8 years agoBeautiful sleeve, I put the vinyl in a basic sleeve, and hung Marta Dos
Santos letterpress printeded record sleeve in record frame.
