I have this edition and, as listed, each disc is a single track. There is, however, a version out there somewhere that is broken down into single tracks as listed here. There is also an EAC rip floating around which has individual tracks as well.
UNKSOU003, at least the version I have with the cover art shown here, is not it.
Curious to know if anyone has the edition with single tracks and if there are any unique identifiers (catalogue number, etc.) which can be listed here.
