Notes
This is the first ever Shadow release, about 20 copies were recorded and sent to various fanzine and underground magazines, the one that got him a column in the June edition of The Source (Unsigned Hype, coordinated by Matty C (2)). Initial copies were sent with a tracklist and a flyer, and recorded on a TDK D90 cassette. Contact address is written inside the hand-illustrated j-card. Shadow's loops were done on a Yamaha MT-100 4-track in the same vain as the The 4-Track Era Collection (1990-1992), produced during the same period of time.
There's no timings on release, retrieved from splitting audio tracks on a computer.
A1 is similar to track 1 - Let The Rhythm Hit Em (DJ Shadow Remix), A2 is similar to track 2 - Best Of The Megamixes (Part 1), A5 is similar to track 10 - Best Of The Megamixes (Part 3), B3 is similar to track 11 by 3rd Bass - Wordz Of Wisdom (DJ Shadow Remix), B4 is similar to track 5 - Best Of The Megamixes (Part 2) to be found on The 4-Track Era (Volume 2: Best Of The Remixes And Megamixes (1990-1992)).
A6 is the same as track 5 - Make It Critical, B4 is similar to track 8 - Genesis Beat, but B6 is a complete different track compared to track 2 - DJ Shadow's Theme (Original Version) which sounds in all point like B7! to be found on The 4-Track Era (Volume 3: Best Of The Original Productions (1990-1992)).
All other tracks are not to be found anywhere else.
