Notes
Following the ingenious "Child & Magic" album (Warner Japan) and the Child's View remixes by Mad Professor, Roni Size, Coldcut, etc., Japanese experimentalist Nobukazu Takemura brings us a masterful journey through melody and time, from sweeping movements of millisecond samples to jungle rhythms broken as if improvised on a hand drum. Unique, and intriguingly melodic. Includes a Dylan Group cover-version

i found a loose 12" in a dollar bin awhile back (no sleeve) with the first two tracks (cradle / sabure) on one side and pendulum on the other. one side has artist and title (child's view / funfair) in a font roughly matching the cd, as well as a logo for a label called "meiso". other side has track titles, credits nobukazu takemura as composer, cites jasrac as copyright manager, claims to be licensed from bubble core. never heard of this label, logo does not match any of the other three labels on discogs with that name. runout is etched "Meiso-CAT03-B". is this a promo for a label that never got off the ground? an american bootleg label? an official release from japan with labels in english?
