- Someone fucking repress this please. No re edit. Just this. Its great but no one will hear it apart from youtube.
- No, no, no. Just no. There's no way that this is the hype. This has to be a community-wide troll. I must be living in my own Truman Show. I haven't rated something two stars or lower in months; it's broken my record.
- Edited 3 years agoYes it is rare. Is it any good? Very debatable. Pretty slick but forgettable. Better stuff available in the Don Boddie (& associates back catalog)
- Amazing and totally unique sounding electro rap featuring the vocals of Don "O'mar" Boddie.
A side features a two-part vocal mix with raps telling the legend of hot'n'juicy Grand Master Lover. On the B side is mostly instrumental Continued Version.
DJ Kon (of Kon and Amir fame) used a edit containing parts of both sides on his unofficial disco mix released in 2007. Pictured above is a promo label but the record did also see an official release which as far as I know contains indentical versions.
O'mar also released a few other self produced 7" and 12" singles on his private Chrome records during eighties, another favourite being "Satisfaction" 7" single.
