Edited 4 years agoPurple Cloud seems very inspired by Quadrant-iii by Basic Channel [BC-04]- Edited 11 years agoAs many other Trance tune from the 90s, Purple Cloud has a punchy, energetic style, fullfiled with awesome sampled violins, give the song a dramatic finish. This one, is heard in the Magik Six compilation by Tiësto.
But, if you go to the other side, you will find Eclipse. It is a complete Trance song, but with no violins. With a delightful break, and a incomparable beat, created to bring down the house.
In esssence, a must have in your vinyl collection
